Manchu Lakshmi in Mani Ratnam's film
Hyderabad: Manchu Lakshmi has bagged a role in Mani Ratnam's ensuing film and she is very excited about it.
'Ok..phew.. I just signed a movie w Manirathnam. My first Tamil film. He is the first man who influenced me 2 b in films. Dreams do come true,' she tweeted.
Daughter of senior artiste Mohan Babu, Lakshmi is acting as Sanjay Dutt's wife in the Bollywood film Department.
She is understood to have been producing a film as well. Lakshmi had a brief stint in Hollywood. She done a course in acting/film making and acted in a popular serial as well.
