Hansika in Ram Charan's film
Hyderabad: Although actress Hansika received flak for her weight issues in films like 'Kandireega' and 'Oh My Friend', she is being considered for the second female lead in Ram Charan's forthcoming film with director V V Vinayak.
The grapevine has it that Vinayak is keen to cast Hansika once she sheds weight for the role.
While Kajal is set to play the first female lead, Hansika will play the love interest of Charan's another avatar as he will be playing a dual role for the first time.
This untitled film produced by DVV Danayya on Universal Media banner is set to go on floors from the first week of February and is expected to be completed in one long schedule. SS Thaman will be scoring the music for this film.
In the meantime, Charan's next venture 'Rachcha' is planned for an early summer release. Tamannah is paired opposite the 'Magadheera' star. The film is directed by Sampat Nandi of 'Emaindi Ee Vela' fame.
