Nag's 'Damarukam' to release on April 6 Hyderabad: After the critically acclaimed 'Rajanna', superstar Nagarjuna's upcoming film 'Damarakum' will release on April 6 for the Good Friday weekend.
The film, a first of its kind for Nagarjuna, is touted to be a socio-fantasy drama with nearly 50 minutes of visual effects. It is presently in its post production phase.
Directed by Srinivas Reddy, it is made on a budget of Rs 30 crore which is the highest amount spent on any of Nag's film till date. Anushka Shetty is pairing with the 'Ninne Pelladutha' star for the third time.
Produced by Venkat, who recently scored a blockbuster in the form of 'Businessman', the film also has Prakash Raj and Abhimanyu Singh playing other pivotal roles.
Devi Sri Prasad is composing for the film. Meanwhile Nagarjuna is gearing up to play 'Shirdi Sai Baba' for the film of the same name to be directed by his favorite maker K Raghavendra Rao.
