Facebook to hit screens on March 30
Hyderabad: Music composer turned director RP Patnaik, who earlier directed movies like 'Andamaina Manasulo' and 'Broker', is now gearing up with another directorial project 'Facebook' which will hit the screens on March 30.
The film, said to be a bi-lingual (Tamil, Telugu), has completed its shooting and the DTS work is progressing at a brisk pace. The film casts debutants Nishchala, Uday, Surya, Gemini Suresh, Archana Sharma, Nisha Shetty, Preethi and others.
The story revolves around the characters hailing from six states. RP says that the movie depicts the online friendships and tries to justify whether they were right or wrong. It also repercussions, the effects of 'fake ids' etc. The writers have drawn the material from real-life incidents.
The movie was kept under the wraps while it was shot.Producer Dr Vijayaprasad Malla says that the movie has a message for the youth.
Written and music-directed by RP himself, the film will be released in Tamil as 'Muga Pusthagam'. Tirumal has penned the dialogues for the movie.
