'Eega' satellite rights sold for 5.5 crore
Hyderabad: Maverick director S.S.Rajamouli's graphical extravaganza 'Eega' is doing solid business even before its release.
Highly placed industry sources have informed us that the satellite rights of the flick were bought for a whopping price of about Rs 5.5 crore.
For a movie which has no big league hero, this price is astonishing and goes to show the premium Rajamouli commands in the circuit.
The movie is currently in the final stage of post-production and the audio launch is expected to take place on March 22.
Samantha, Nani and Sudeep are playing lead roles in this movie. Rajamouli has reportedly used cutting edge technology to shape this flick so let us see what magic the film can create at the marquee.
