Summer rush of big ticket films Hyderabad: The Summer of 2012 will see chacha-bhatija Jodi vying with each other as big ticket pictures have been lined up for the vacation.
Jr NTR is coming up with Dammu while his uncle Balakrishna is all set to show three faces in his Adhinayakudu. Pawan Kalyan's GabbarSingh and Ram Charan Tej's Rachcha are also scheduled for summer release.
While Jr NTR is playing dual role in Dammu, his uncle Balakrishna is playing three generations in Adinayakudu.
Audio of Dammu is slated for March 24 and MM Keeravani is the music director. Trisha and Karthika will be seen with Jr NTR in the film directed by Boyapati Srinu and produced by KS Rama Rao and Alexander Vallabha under Creative Commercials banner.
Adhinayakudu, in which Balakrishna plays the roles of grandfather, father and son, has Jayasudha, Lakshmi Rai and Saloni to pair with the three generations and is directed by Parachuri Murali.
M L Kumar Chowdhary has produced the film under M L Arts Creations banner and Kalyani Malik has scored the music. The audio is likely to be this month end.
Pawan Kalyan's Gabbar Singh shooting is going according to schedule and in all likelihood will catch the summer rush. The film is a remake of Dabangh and the audio is all set for launch early next month with Harish Shankar planning it on a large scale. Devi Sri Pasad is the music director of the film.
Next is Racha. There was much hype and the audio venue shifted from one place to the other and finally when the date and venue are fixed Ram Charan tore his muscle and was advised four weeks rest.
The film may be delayed a bit but will make it for the summer to complete the chacha bathija race.
A science fiction film Eega is also coming in between. The film has lots of graphics and the release date was pushed to last week of April. The audio is likely to come up this month end.
