Visakhapatnam: President Droupadi Murmu reviewed the International Fleet Review (IFR) 2026 in Visakhapatnam today. She took the salute from 71 warships and witnessed the fleet's impressive display of naval power.
The President was accompanied by Governor S. Abdul Nazeer, Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan, and Union Minister for Civil Aviation K. Ram Mohan Naidu. Pawan Kalyan's wife, Anna Konidela, was also present at the event.

In her address, the President praised the Indian Navy for its crucial role in ensuring maritime security and commended the naval personnel for their dedication to serving the nation. She also highlighted the importance of international cooperation in maintaining peace and stability in the Indo-Pacific region.
The IFR 2026 is being hosted by the Indian Navy, with participation from dozens of countries. The event aims to strengthen maritime cooperation and enhance engagement among friendly navies.
