In a swift response to the escalating crisis in several countries, Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has directed officials to ensure the safe return of Andhra Pradesh residents stranded in war-torn nations. Reviewing the situation with RTGS officials and APNRT representatives, Naidu instructed authorities to coordinate with the Central Government for relief operations and facilitate the return of citizens from Saudi Arabia, Dubai, Qatar, and Kuwait.

Temporary accommodation is being arranged through APNRT coordinators, and stranded citizens are advised to stay in touch with them for support.
The Chief Minister assured stranded citizens that the government stands firmly with them and will provide necessary assistance. "We are working closely with the Central Government and APNRT to ensure the safe return of our citizens," Naidu said. "I urge citizens to remain calm and stay in touch with APNRT coordinators for support."
APNRT and RTGS will work together to monitor the situation, provide relief, and facilitate the safe return of stranded citizens. The organisation will also provide immediate assistance and support to Non-Resident Telugus.
Meanwhile, the Telangana government has taken a proactive step amidst the escalating tensions in the Middle East. A 24/7 control room has been established at Telangana Bhawan in New Delhi to provide assistance to Telangana citizens in the region.
The move comes as a response to the volatile situation in the Middle East, with the state government closely monitoring developments. Senior officials at Telangana Bhawan are in constant touch with the Indian Ministry of External Affairs and relevant Indian embassies.
