20. New and aspiring entrepreneurs from the poor and weaker sections can benefit from 500 Incubation Centres being set up to provide integrated and low cost support systems. 15 such centres have already been opened.
21. Youth belonging to minorities can upgrade their tradition skills under USSTAD scheme launched. They can also seek scholarships as one crore students will be supported by the Government. Emphasis is given to construction of school buildings, libraries, toilets etc for the benefit of minority students.
22. Every girl child is entitled to opening of a bank account soon after birth with an initial deposit of Rs.10,000 which would be paid to her on attaining 21 years with interest under Sukanya Yojana. Under Beti Bachao-Beti Padho yojana, women empowerment is accorded priority.
23. Under EPS scheme lakhs of pensioners used to get only Rs. 200-300 monthly pension. Due to the historic decision of Modi Government around 24 lac pensioners will get minimum Rs. 1000 pension per month.
24. All workers are entitled to Smart Cards under which benefits like pension, insurance etc would be extended. Based on unique number for each worker, their PF contributions will be transferred without any hassle when they move from one job to the other.
25. A Commission has been set up to identify wandering communities and extend all needed support to them.
26. Henceforth, it is not necessary to approach any gazette officers/people's representatives to confirm their identity and other related information since the Government has introduced the system of self-attestation.
27. That six crore poor belonging to slum categories,economically weaker sections and low income groups will be entitled to central government's assistance for building their own houses and those who have houses can build household toilets.
