Jagan's congratulatory message comes after Hyderabad-based Skyroot Aerospace successfully launched Vikram-1 under Mission Aagaman from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, making history by becoming the first private Indian company to develop and launch an orbital-class rocket.
