Revanth Reddy Hails Historic Vikram-1 Mission
Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy on Saturday congratulated Hyderabad-based Skyroot Aerospace on the successful launch of Vikram-1, India's first privately developed orbital launch vehicle. Calling it a landmark achievement for the country's space sector, he said the mission reflects India's growing strength in innovation and scientific excellence.
In a message shared on social media, Revanth Reddy said the successful mission reflects the strength of India's innovation ecosystem and showcases Hyderabad's growing importance as a global aerospace and space technology hub.
He praised the scientists, engineers and the entire Skyroot Aerospace team for achieving a milestone that will inspire young innovators and entrepreneurs across the country.
The Chief Minister said the success of Vikram-1 demonstrates how Indian startups are contributing to the nation's space ambitions and creating new opportunities in advanced technology. He added that Telangana remains committed to supporting innovation, research and the growth of the space technology ecosystem.
